When you create an account or use our services, we collect:

• App descriptions: the text you submit when requesting an app to be built
• Usage data: which features you use, when you log in, and how many apps you've built
• Payment information: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Communications: messages you send to our Claude AI assistant within the dashboard

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the AppMaking.com platform
• To generate your app specification using our AI (your description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API)
• To create your GitHub repository and Railway deployment on your behalf
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, build status updates)
• To manage your subscription and billing through Stripe
• To improve our service and fix bugs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL)
• Anthropic — AI model (your app descriptions are sent to Claude for processing)
• GitHub — repository creation (we create repos in your name using a service account)
• Railway — deployment (apps are deployed to Railway infrastructure)
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store card data)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your use of AppMaking.com is subject to those policies as well.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. App descriptions and AI-generated content are retained to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

5. Data Security

We use Supabase's row-level security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to maintain your login session (managed by Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on our pages.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

8. Children's Privacy

AppMaking.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
