These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AppMaking.com and its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AppMaking.com is an AI-powered platform that takes your app description and generates a software specification, code, GitHub repository, and production deployment. The generated output is provided for your use subject to these Terms.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use AppMaking.com. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppMaking.com to:

• Build applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate others' rights
• Generate malware, spyware, or tools designed to harm users
• Circumvent, abuse, or overload our infrastructure
• Violate Anthropic's usage policies (which govern our AI model)
• Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

You own the apps, code, and content generated on your behalf through AppMaking.com. We retain ownership of the AppMaking.com platform, its AI agents, and underlying infrastructure.

By submitting app descriptions, you grant us a limited license to process your input through our AI pipeline to deliver the service.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

AppMaking.com offers a free Starter tier and paid Pro and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

• Free tier: 500 AI credits per month, no credit card required
• Pro ($49/month): 10,000 AI credits, unlimited apps
• Agency ($149/month): 50,000 AI credits, white-label options

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive to keep AppMaking.com available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party APIs (Anthropic, GitHub, Railway, Supabase) and may be affected by their availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CODE AND APPS GENERATED BY OUR AI ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF CORRECTNESS, SECURITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPMAKING.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@appmaking.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
